The standard bin caddy is light weight, easy to manoeuvre and carries your garbage bin with ease. The design of the bin caddy centres around the balance point of the loaded bin.In the illustration, you can see there is no touching of the garbage bin at any time. The caddy lifting lugs simply slide under the handle of the bin, you just pull back on the caddy handle, the bin comes off the ground, and away you go on pneumatic tires.
The design of the caddy reduces the weight of the bin up to 70%, requiring little effort at all to manoeuvre it, and in fact you can run as fast as you like with it.The pneumatic tires makes it possible to travel over fairly rough terrain, sticks, limbs, and gutters, smoothing out the obstacles that would normally tip over the bin, or tip it over forward if you were to be pushing the bin ahead of you.
The difference between the standard caddy and the heavy duty caddy is:
The heavy duty caddy is fitted with a heavy duty steel wheel assembly with precision bearings . This heavy duty wheel assembly is required so the trolley is able to withstand weights of up to 100kgs and is able to withstand speeds up to 60kph.

Has additional hook devices to ensure the additional weight is transferred evenly across the bin handle.
The wheel design of the standard trolley is not suitable for this operation or weight as it has a non-precision wheel bearing assembly, and is intended as a hand push/pull trolley only.
The heavy duty caddy has been designed for towing and/or customers that wish to utilise there wheelie bins for heavy materials application.
The difference between the heavy duty caddy and the extreme duty caddy is:
The extreme duty caddy is built with additional mounts and reinforcing and is designed for the commercial and industrial sector due to the heavier weights being applied.
